Food was good. Drinks were okay. Disappointed in the section size and lack of customer service. It was supposed to seat 8, but only sat 6 comfortably. We had to request stools so we weren’t bunched up. The guard at the door put us out of the front lobby area because the reserver in our group was not there yet. When she arrived a few minutes later, he still made our group wait outside while she checked in, and was rude about it. Once we were seated in our section, he hovered around and the moment our time was up and we signed our receipts he stood over us and said “YOU NEED TO LEAVE.” Once we got downstairs, a few from our group were missing so we tried to wait and the other guard at the door opened it, while all the staff told us good night—as in to rush us out the door. That is not how you treat patrons of your establishment spending hundreds of dollars.

Food was not bad drinks were pretty decent but the restrooms were filthy and the karaoke sucked. We got the 300 karaoke room which already isn’t cheap but so many popular artist and songs werent even available making the choices limited. They advertised a QR code to connect phone for songs but did not work smh. Will go somewhere else next time…oh and security act like they work for the government doing the most.
